The advantages of the Thermal Energy Method of deburring can be seen and checked by your own QA departments. We deburr your samples for FREE. We also provide you with a Controlled Analysis Report to accompany each component - completely free of charge. This objective report has before and after images of your component. Your deburred samples are returned within a few days.
Either fill in your details, ring us on 0844 477 5006 (local rate call) or send a few of your components to me (Martin Bridges) at the address below. Please give the part number, material and batch size and frequency. And if you can include a drawing and indicate your areas of concern (particular cross holes, leading threads etc) and critical areas (seatings, machined surfaces etc) that would be useful. |
